MIGUEL LORET DE MOLA

CEO

Graduated from the UNIVERSITY of CALIFORNIA, he has more than 40 years of international experience as a marketing and communication professional. His work experience includes senior management positions in some of the largest global advertising and media agencies in Latin America, the US and Europe.

He was Founder and CEO of Aegis Media México (14 years) and its subsidiaries CARAT, VISIUM, IPROSPECT and FIREWORKS.

​

In 2013, Miguel and Marizza created the company SMART SPONSORSHIP EVOLUTION, today a leader in sponsorship metrics, analysis, research and valuation. SMART SE is recognized in the industry for its extensive experience and prestige working with a broad portfolio of properties and sponsors of all business categories independently.

​

Miguel has also been a Senior External Consultant for Gerson Lehrman Group, on the commercial media market in Mexico, some of the clients are groups and investment banks and advertisers from the United States of America, Great Britain and Latin America.

MARIZZA PAOLI

Founding partner of Smart Sponsorship Evolution, she is in charge of all commercial operations and customer services. He engages with more than 100 clients across leagues, teams, sports and entertainment properties, sponsor brands, media platforms and agencies.

​

He has more than 20 years of experience in the sponsorship industry, leading multi-year relationships with clients such as Ocesa, FMF, F1 and NFL, among others. Marizza has been influential in the implementation of sports and entertainment sponsorship metrics, analysis, research and valuation.

​

Marizza has a degree in Communication Sciences from the Universidad Iberoamericana. I previously worked in San Diego, California, for Ladies League Baseball, a national professional baseball league for women that emerged with the rise of women's sports in the United States of America.

​

Later he worked at CIE in its sponsorship commercial area and at Dentsu, one of the most important communication companies globally.
